SOAR Mission
The mission of The SOAR Program is to provide a treatment experience that will facilitate healing of the mind, body and spirit. Our holistic approach addresses all aspects of the disease of addiction. The SOAR Program is designed for adolescent males. The combination of adolescence and addiction creates treatment needs that are unique from any other group. Each component of our program is directed specifically to the recovery needs of adolescent males.
SOAR Philosophy
Chemically dependent individuals are caught in the grip of a disease that is progressive and if left untreated, fatal. At SOAR we believe that freedom from addiction is available to all. We believe the disease of addiction involves more than the use of chemicals. Spirits are broken and the capacity to love oneself and others can be lost. The Christian Twelve Step model follows the Traditional Twelve Step Program blended with an introduction to the love and healing power available through a relationship with God.
Our goal at SOAR is to provide a toolbox full of recovery and life tools that will give our clients the hope, desire and confidence to seek a successful and meaningful life.
The SOAR Program is fully licensed and accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
